\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM shifts with liver transplant call coverage
\n• Guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12 shifts or 40 hours for 8/10 hour shifts
\n• Must have strong liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplant experience (non-negotiable requirement)
\n• Must be proficient in MISONIX/CUSA equipment
\n• Required experience putting organs back in new patients, not just harvesting
\n• Minimum 2 years of direct liver/transplant OR RN experience required
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (at time of submittal), NIHSS (prior to start)
\n• On-call requirement: 1 shift per week and 2 twelve-hour weekend shifts per month
\n• Will float within scope to meet facility needs
\n• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel plus nicotine drug screen required
\n• Must complete 40 hours of orientation
\n• EKG and pharmacy tests required during orientation with maximum 2 attempts each
\n• Must be willing to participate in teaching and training students and new staff
\n• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
\n• Handle daily census of 55-60 patients across 18 operating rooms
\n• Scrub color: Ceil Blue
\n• Use EPIC charting system
\n• Perform various surgical procedures including transplants, appendectomies, cholecystectomies, and laparoscopic procedures

The organization emphasizes education and training, requiring staff to participate in teaching activities for students and new personnel. The facility utilizes modern technology including EPIC charting systems and advanced surgical equipment.
