Position Overview: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling multiple service and repair jobs for a variety of customers.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting systems
  
• Troubleshoot and repair apartment power outages
• Service commercial facilities, meter packs, disconnects, fuses, panels, circuit breakers, voltage up to 480v, single phase & 3 phase, grounded B phase, transformers, motors, fans, standby generators and control wiring
• Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer's installation manuals to complete assigned projects
• Inspect, test and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and components
• Perform work in compliance with current National Electrical Code, state and local building regulations
  
• Maintain accurate digital records /pictures of work performed and materials used
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Supervise and share knowledge with apprentices

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Completion of an electrical program at a technical or trade school preferred
• 8 or more years experience in the electrical trade
• Above average comfort level with technology
• Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment
• Broad knowledge of NEC and the electrical industry as a whole
  
• Ability to properly use a volt meter, amps, ohms and wire tracers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  
• Ability to establish and maintain professional, positive relationships with both customers and coworkers
• Must possess a valid driver's license and live in the Greater St. Louis area
