Responsibilities: Transaction Coordination Responsibilities • Act as the central hub between title companies, sellers, buyers, and lenders—ensuring all parties stay aligned and informed throughout each deal. • Track deal progress daily, following up on all outstanding items to prevent delays and keep momentum. • Identify and resolve issues proactively—whether it's clearing title, managing addendums, or coordinating closing logistics. • Maintain accurate, real-time updates in our CRM (Podio) for all transactions—no detail should slip through the cracks. • Build and refine checklists and workflows to streamline execution, improve turnaround times, and prevent errors.
