Job Description
World Class Tutoring is seeking a knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable tutor to join our small, student-centered team. This is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity focused on preparing high school students for the SAT and ACT.
About the Role:
Tutor students virtually in SAT and ACT preparation
1–10 hours per week depending on student demand
Flexible scheduling—coordinate directly with students to find mutually convenient times (typically evenings and weekends)
Receive training and support from our team to align with our proven approach
Optional: tutor additional academic subjects based on your background (e.g., math, science, English, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
Willingness to learn SAT/ACT content and strategies (training & materials provided)
Ability to earn a reasonable score on a short diagnostic SAT
Excellent communication and rapport with teens and parents
Teaching or tutoring experience
Organized, dependable, and responsive
Comfortable using Zoom and digital tools for virtual sessions
