Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Special Procedures Tech - Radiology

\n\n

Job Details:

\n

• Work in Interventional Radiology department on K2 floor of K Tower
\n• Day shift requires 2 techs per room, night shift has 1 tech and 1 RN onsite
\n• 1:1 patient ratios maintained at all times
\n• Every 7th weekend required
\n• One night secondary call during the week
\n• Must have previous Interventional Radiology experience (scrub and circulate)
\n• Must have previous neurointerventional Radiology experience (scrub and circulate)
\n• Must have moderate sedation experience
\n• BLS certification required
\n• Work with GE single plane and Philips biplane equipment plus one invasive CT scanner
\n• Use Cerner (Radnet) EMR system
\n• Perform procedures including dialysis work (Permcaths, fistulagrams), neph tubes, arteriograms/embolizations, Y-90, G tubes, TIPS, Inari cases
\n• Perform cerebral arteriograms, coilings, pipelines, mechanical thrombectomies, vertebroplasties
\n• Hospital-provided scrubs required
\n• May float to VOR as needed
\n• Vascular OR experience and Cath Lab experience preferred
