Job Summary: WXIX is seeking a New Business Multimedia Consultant to join our Sales team. This role involves developing new business partnerships, including local station initiatives and digital advertising sales.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing strategic business plans to meet revenue goals.
• Creating advertising solutions for clients.
• Upselling by demonstrating results and performance.
• Managing target accounts and conducting needs analysis.
• Explaining digital benefits and integrating digital and TV solutions.
• Negotiating with clients to maximize ROI.
• Collaborating with Traffic and Digital teams for account management.
• Delivering presentations and managing activities via CRM (Matrix).

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferred).
• Team-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Creative, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
