As a Senior Manager, Compensation you will be a member of the Enterprise Compensation Strategy team. In this role, you will be a key contributor in the strategy, development, and implementation of compensation programs across the enterprise.

Senior Manager, Compensation

The Role

As a Senior Manager, Compensation you will be a member of the Enterprise Compensation Strategy team. Responsibilities include analyzing compensation data, identifying trends, and supporting the enhancement of our compensation structures and programs. You will also participate in cross-company projects.

  • Pay Program Support: Conduct compensation data trend analytics, assess pay programs, perform market analytics, and develop data visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Pay Cycle Support: Collaborate across the compensation team for pay cycle execution, analyze operational components, and support reporting.
  • Talent Acquisition: Work with Talent Acquisition teams to support HR strategies, manage compensation data, and improve the offer process.
  • Projects/Initiatives: Lead multiple projects, deliver internal presentations, and participate in cross-functional committees.

The Experience And Skills You Bring

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5-7 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with interest in learning new tools
  • Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work across large organizations and prioritize effectively
  • Curiosity about HR and compensation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and consult at all levels
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective listening and feedback skills
