Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support a busy individual in both professional and personal matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of managing a wide variety of responsibilities with discretion and efficiency. Must live in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Errands and Personal Support: Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, mail handling, and purchasing gifts or household items. Assist with elderly parents. Transport to Dr's appointments etc.
  • Special Projects: Assist with research, planning, and execution of personal or business projects as assigned.
  • Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls, emails, and messages; filter and prioritize communications as needed.
  • Calendar and Schedule Management: Organize and maintain daily calendars, appointments, and reminders for both personal and business activities.
  • Household & Vendor Management: Coordinate with service providers, oversee repairs or deliveries, and liaise with household staff or contractors.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Event Planning: Organize events, meetings, and social engagements, from booking venues and catering to sending invitations and managing RSVPs.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional demeanor and high level of discretion.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, calendar apps, and task management tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to respond to urgent matters or occasional after-hours requests.

Preferred

  • Prior experience supporting executives or busy professionals.
  • Knowledge of the Dallas area (or willingness to become familiar quickly).
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
