Job Description

We have a currently partnered with a leading, integrated, multi-asset class investment platform located in NYC that is looking to bring a Paralegal on to join their dynamic Legal Department. This Firm provides investment advice and opportunities to their clients related to a broad variety of investment strategies, such as private equity, credit, and insurance solutions. The team brings decades of experience managing third party capital and is currently sitting at $28B in AUM.

The Legal Department is currently seeking a Paralegal to join the firm to primarily focus on the review, drafting, and management of Non-Disclosure Agreements and various other legal documents associated with their investment activities. This is a high-visibility role with a ton of cross-functional capability and great path for growth within the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiated NDAs and other legal documents in line with the firm's policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate cross-functionally with various business units to ensure legal documents align with project and business objectives
• Track and maintain a centralized repository for NDAs and other legal agreements
• Support legal teams by tracking project timelines, completing necessary documentation, and maintaining organized records

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment, preferably within an asset management, financial services firm, or law firm
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and managing NDAs, corporate agreements, and other legal documents
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
