Job Description
Cohen & Cohen is a high-performing personal injury law firm looking for a Marketing Generalist to own and optimize our marketing ecosystem. This role blends intake team oversight, vendor management, and digital performance marketing with a strong emphasis on pipeline visibility, lead conversion, and dashboarding.
You will manage our marketing stack—SEO, Google Business Account, CallRail, Lead Docket, and Google Analytics—to ensure the firm’s brand and case pipeline are performing at peak levels. Prior personal injury marketing experience is strongly preferred, as understanding lead-to-case conversion and case funnel dynamics is critical to success.
We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, data-driven, and excited to grow with the firm
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & SEO
• Manage the firm’s SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, local visibility, and lead generation.
• Optimize Google Business Profile listings and track performance against competitors.
• Analyze web traffic, calls, and form conversions to identify trends and opportunities.
Vendor & Channel Management • Serve as the point of contact for marketing vendors (e.g., SEO consultants, ad agencies, and call tracking providers).
• Audit vendor performance and ensure every dollar spent is delivering measurable results.
• Coordinate with external partners to manage PPC, Local Service Ads, and paid campaigns.
Content & Brand Messaging • Develop and refine the firm’s brand voice and messaging across digital channels (website, social media, email, and collateral).
• Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), creating and scheduling posts to increase engagement and build brand credibility.
• Collaborate with the team to create simple, high-impact marketing materials (case studies, email templates, or videos).
• Manage social channels and content.
Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with intake, attorneys, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts are directly tied to business objectives.
• Partner with leadership to identify market trends and new opportunities for lead generation.
Intake Team Oversight & Pipeline Management • Oversee the intake team, ensuring smooth lead routing, fast response times, and high conversion rates from inquiry to signed case.
• Monitor and optimize the case funnel (from lead intake to active case) by building real-time dashboards in tools like Google Analytics, CallRail, or BI platforms .
• Collaborate with leadership to create KPI frameworks that measure lead quality, case value, and ROI on marketing initiatives.
Data, Analytics & Dashboarding • Build and maintain executive dashboards showing pipeline health, marketing ROI, and lead performance by channel.
• Leverage Lead Docket and CallRail data to monitor lead response times and conversion metrics.
• Provide regular performance reports to leadership with actionable insights to improve ROI.
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of marketing experience , ideally with personal injury or legal marketing exposure.
• Proven experience managing SEO, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, CallRail, and Lead Docket (or similar tools).
• Ability to analyze data and build dashboards that tell a clear story about pipeline health and marketing ROI.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and ad spend across PPC, LSA, and social media campaigns.
• Strong writing skills and ability to craft messaging that resonates with potential clients.
• Self-starter mentality—comfortable wearing many hats and running point on multiple initiatives at once.
