We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Review Specialist in Blue Ash, OH. This role involves reviewing and analyzing customer account data, legal documents, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance. As a long-term contract position, this opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong legal research and documentation skills who are looking to contribute to high-quality review processes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data review methodologies, including training team members on their execution.
Conduct thorough reviews of customer account data, analyzing approximately 50 data fields per account to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Perform legal reviews to validate contracts and agreements, ensuring all documentation meets required standards.
Prepare progress and quality reports, including detailed dashboards that track activity and highlight key findings.
Create structured documentation to record decisions, activities, and outcomes for accountability and transparency.
Perform rigorous quality assurance and quality control checks on output data, maintaining 100% initial QC until quality benchmarks are met.
Monitor and report on progress using burn-down charts to track the completion of the first 1,000 customer reviews.
Work within a secure environment, maintaining strict data access protocols to ensure confidentiality.
Bachelors degree or Juris Doctorate - licensed
Proficiency in document coding and familiarity with platforms such as Relativity.
Strong skills in legal research, with an understanding of administrative and civil law.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control processes.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills to maintain structured records of activities.
Ability to work in a secure, controlled environment and handle sensitive data responsibly.
