About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Talent Acquisition to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of the organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and scaling a high-performing talent acquisition team to meet the company's ambitious hiring goals. This includes partnering with executive and senior leadership to forecast talent needs, defining hiring priorities, and ensuring that the recruitment process aligns with the company's technical and commercial strategies. The role demands a strategic and hands-on leader with a deep belief in the company's mission, a proven track record in building and scaling recruiting teams, and a commitment to hiring the top 5% of talent across various disciplines. Applicants for the Head of Talent Acquisition position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 10 years of technical talent acquisition experience, particularly in hardware and manufacturing/production environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaling technical teams, be adept at driving creative sourcing strategies, and have a proven ability to assess and engage with high-caliber, mission-aligned talent. The role requires a leader with sharp judgment, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain a network of high-performing talent. The Head of Talent Acquisition will also be responsible for representing the company at industry events and must be willing to work extended hours, weekends, and travel as necessary.
