HIRING IMMEDIATELY: BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN STAFFORD, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client in Stafford, TX. This individual will be responsible for taking inbound calls and supporting other CSR’s. The ideal candidate will have experience with customer service experience in an office environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $19/hour, paid weekly
• 9:00am - 5:10pm, Monday - Friday
• Location in Stafford, TX

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to work in a team and support a large volume of existing clients.
• Approximately 20-30 inbound calls per rep per day
• Responsible for supporting 600 customer base accounts across the Customer Service team.
• Manage a high volume of inbound emails using Microsoft Outlook
• Communicate professionally with a high level of customer service
• De-escalate and troubleshoot for customer orders including delivery timeline, logistics, quality checks, and more

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• 2+ years of customer service in an office setting
• Basic Excel and Word, Outlook (required)
• Business Central (order software)
• Warehouse Management Center (inventory)
• Customer portal experience is a plus
