Your Role:

• Lead a mixed-age Montessori classroom (KG–3rd Grade)
• Design hands-on, real-world projects that build independence and empathy
• Support each child’s social, emotional, and academic development
• Collaborate with a values-aligned, creative teaching team
• Infuse nature, life skills, and purpose into every learning experience
• Teach students community service and charity giving at young age.

Who We’re Looking For:

• AMS or AMI Montessori Certification (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• 4+ years of Montessori classroom experience
• Strong classroom management in multi-age settings
• Comfortable using digital tools for planning and communication (Transparent classroom & Google Drive).
• Passionate about global citizenship, sustainability, and Community service.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
