$16 per hour - $18 per hour plus tips.
The Slough House Kitchen Restaurant is a family owned and operated Farm-to-Table restaurant located in the historic Sloughhouse INN. We are dedicated to great food and high quality ingredients.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bartenders to serve and enhance our guests experience with outstanding service with a well-crafted beverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Help train, and supervise bar staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
- Help develop and maintain drink menus, including seasonal specials and signature cocktails.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales.
- Plan and execute promotional events to drive business and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
