Yacht Broker Support Administrator

Denison Yachting has long been a leader in the yachting industry with a rich family history dating back to 1948, with the start of Broward Marine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Today, the company provides complete yachting services worldwide from sales and charter to crew placement and new construction. Denison has multiple waterfront offices from coast to coast around the U.S.

We are looking for a motivated, goal and detail oriented individual to join our Team full- time in our San Diego, California office.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer office phones and greet clients when they enter the office
• Upkeep of Office Needs
• Upkeep of Office Licenses
• Assist Brokers with Daily Activities
• Create, Maintain and Coordinate Broker Daily Schedules
• Communicate with Clients as needed
• Create, Maintain and Edit all multiple Listing Sites daily
• Gather information for a Listing
• Verify/Change Prices as needed
• Organize/Edit Pictures as per company requirements
• Organize/Edit Content as per company requirements
• Create and Maintain Reports for Listings and any other items requested
• Maintain and Edit all Sales Leads information on Sites as needed
• Assist with Listing Agreements
• Creating, Sending and Tracking Listing Agreements
• Gathering and verifying Ownership Documents for any Listed Vessels as per company requirements
• Organize and Save all documents as directed
• Upkeep Accurate Listing information on Listing Platforms
• Upkeep all assigned tasks on Task Platform
• Work with the Closing Coordinator for your assigned brokers

Other Administrative Duties

• Assist as needed during all boat shows and events that the company is involved in
• Other Administrative duties as needed for the Sales Director and Closing Director
