After School Attendant

Esports/Weight Room

(ESS Position)

Required Qualifications:

• Meet requirements for a background check and fingerprinting.
• Ability to enforce school rules with dignity and respect.
• Ability to work with high school students.

Job Requirements, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Basic working knowledge of weight-room equipment and/or esports equipment.
• Must be available during after-school and weekend hours for 16 24 hours per week.
• Ability to work collaboratively with administrators, colleagues, students, and parents.
• Effectively supervised students, ensuring their safety in designated areas.

A Successful Candidate Will Be Able To:

• Monitor the weight room and/or esports lab.
• Check students in and out of designated areas.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• Perform basic cleaning and organizing tasks.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Salary Range: Minimum Wage up to $15/hour
