Our client, the beverage and retail technology industry, is seeking a VP of Sales & Marketing to join their team. As a VP of Sales & Marketing, you will be part of the leadership supporting sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, leadership skills, and industry knowledge which will align successfully in the organization. The position is permanent and remote opportunity with benefits. 

Job Title: VP of Sales & Marketing
Location: Manasquan, NJ with working remotely
Pay Range: $100K - $120K
Shift: Day Shift

What's the Job?

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the wine/spirits tech sector.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, content marketing, and event strategies to enhance brand presence.
• Spearhead multi-state expansion efforts, identify new channels, and build strategic partnerships.
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline, budgets, and analyze customer data to optimize strategies and report to senior management.

What's Needed?

• Proven leadership experience in sales and marketing, ideally within SaaS, retail tech, or the beverage/wine industry.
• Strong understanding of CRM, sales analytics, and performance tracking tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and multi-channel expansion strategies.
