Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from customers with licensing questions or support needs
Make follow-up calls as needed to ensure resolution
Document interactions accurately in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to solve issues promptly

Qualifications
Previous call center or phone-based support experience preferred
Clear and professional verbal communication
CRM and Google Workspace proficiency
Stable internet and quiet home office setup
