A chef-led, fast-casual seafood concept in Washington, DC is seeking a charismatic and organized VIP Experience & Touring Manager to take the lead on high-touch guest engagement and community-facing visibility. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hospitality-forward, dynamic environment and loves introducing people to bold, flavorful food experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and host VIP walk-throughs, tastings, and curated dining moments for high-profile guests, partners, and media.
• Build relationships with DC tourism groups, concierge teams, hotels, corporate partners, and neighborhood organizations.
• Serve as the brands ambassador during tours, site visits, and local events.
• Coordinate and execute exclusive experiences tied to culinary events, seasonal rollouts, and community activations.
• Track guest impressions, gather feedback, and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience.
• Work closely with leadership and marketing to support visibility and outreach goals.

Qualifications:

• 24 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, guest experience, or events.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build authentic relationships and represent the brand with polish and personality.
• Self-starter who enjoys thinking creatively and problem-solving on the fly.
• Familiarity with DCs food scene, tourism networks, or concierge relationships is a plus.
• A love for bold, fresh food and sharing that passion with others.
