About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategy and Partnerships in Wealth Services. The successful candidate will be tasked with a diverse set of responsibilities, including supporting the growth strategy of a market-leading offering, contributing to strategic and operating planning, and conducting in-depth market and competitive research to maintain a leading position in the global wealth services ecosystem. The role also involves identifying and evaluating strategic partners, as well as supporting the execution of partnerships with various third parties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in M&A transactions, extensive experience in financial modeling for strategic partnerships, and a strong background in the wealth management servicing industry. Candidates for this role at the company should possess a minimum of an undergraduate degree, with a graduate degree or MBA being preferred, and have at least 5 years of related experience, particularly within the financial services industry. The role requires a professional with a customer-oriented approach, the ability to deliver on complex, multi-functional projects, and a strong skill set in translating industry and client trends into actionable strategies. The candidate should be adept at leading and executing multiple initiatives, with a strong focus on delivery, and have outstanding communication skills. A background in top-tier investment banking, business development, or corporate development, especially with exposure to financial services or FinTech, is highly valued.
