About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for Payroll Technology and Analytics with a strong technical leadership background. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the North America Payroll Technology and Analytics team, with a focus on developing and implementing a technology-driven operations framework to enhance the efficiency of the Payroll and HR ecosystems. This role requires a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in leading and developing teams of technologists, particularly in the areas of payroll and HR systems. The VP will be instrumental in ensuring the operational continuity and resilience of all systems within the North America Payroll portfolio, as well as in the development and delivery of a robust data analytics capability to support the firm's payroll function. Key responsibilities for the VP include monitoring system-based processes to prevent delays in the payroll processing lifecycle, troubleshooting mission-critical integrations, and serving as a QA lead for relevant initiatives. The role also involves continuous improvement of system-based processes, project management, and building strategic partnerships within the broader North America Payroll organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll/HR systems, data analytics, and experience with technologies such as SQL, Python, R, Alteryx, Snowflake, UiPath, and Automation Anywhere. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree considered in lieu of experience. The candidate should be passionate about customer service, possess excellent organizational and analytical skills, and be adept at problem-solving in ambiguous situations.
