Leaderstat - Post Acute is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Assistant Director of Nursing for a travel nursing job in Union Grove, Wisconsin.

Stipend package or hotel and meals 

Interim ADON within the next two weeks. 

• Must be an RN and must have two years of ADON in SNF/long term care 

Census/Bed Size: 250 beds total

 
Shift/Schedule: M-F, 

 
Length of Assignment: 6-weeks with potential to extend

 
Priorities: 

• Familiarity with Veterans homes or state run communities a plus but not a deal breaker
• As a state run building, the DON can't implement changes to current policies and procedures (i.e schedule, HR policies). Plans, organizes, and directs overall clinical operations to provide comprehensive care for residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local guidelines

    On call: Will take call after hours. Open to a rotation with interim ADON. Have RNs on site to cover shifts
