• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1900 - $1950\n
• Call Requirement: No on-call required\n
• Productivity: 30 productivity points per week\n
• EMR: HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Montana or compact state\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Hospice or Home Health RN experience\n
• Proficient in HCHB (Homecare Homebase) and OASIS documentation\n
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills\n
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities\n
• Ability to work independently in a home health care setting\n

\n\nHomecare RN Responsibilities\n

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Yellowstone County\n
• Perform comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed\n
• Document patient care using HCHB and OASIS systems\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes\n
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques\n
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and agency standards\n
