  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent home health or hospice nursing experience\n
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for patient home visits\n
  • Strong clinical assessment and electronic documentation skills\n
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily homecare caseload\n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n

  • Deliver skilled nursing care to home health and hospice patients in Franklin/Macon County\n
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans\n
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor patient progress\n
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques\n
  • Document all care provided using the HCHB (Homecare Homebase) system\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies and healthcare regulatory requirements\n
