Job Description The Technology Industry Go to Market Lead (GTM) – AMS collaborates with ServiceNow’s customer-focused industry transformation sales teams and internal functions (marketing, product, customer success, partners) to localize and promote ServiceNow solutions to the market and specific customer segments. The role involves working closely with account teams managing strategic Technology clients, serving as the regional point of contact for senior and C-suite stakeholders, and tailoring messaging to industry-specific challenges and needs. The ideal candidate will be a visionary SME with a practical approach, capable of developing strategic opportunities across various Technology sub-industries (Software, Hardware, Hyperscaler, SI/MSP, Data Center). Building trusted relationships with customer and partner executives, supporting sales growth, and contributing to regional revenue are key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Customer-focused pipeline development: Educate and engage industry executives through events and reviews to generate new opportunities. Pipeline progression: Collaborate with sales teams to infuse industry expertise into strategies, foster relationships, and accelerate deal closures. Partner development: Lead initiatives with top partners to support industry positioning and customer growth. Business analysis and reporting: Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and KPIs, influencing strategies and actions. Strategic planning and execution: Balance long-term market penetration strategies with day-to-day opportunity management. Daily activities include strategic brainstorming, high-value industry events, C-suite engagements, customer collaborations, and partner relationship management to embed industry expertise in a scalable manner. Qualifications 10+ years in the Technology Industry with success in strategy and operations. 5+ years in Enterprise Platform Software sales or related roles, with SME or business development experience. Excellent communication skills—strategic, concise, and top-down. Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders. Experience creating thought leadership content for international audiences. Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
