Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in implementing individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
• Provide direct therapy services under supervision, focusing on improving students communication skills.
• Document progress and maintain detailed records to ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of effective intervention strategies.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in compliance with state standards.
• Experience working with children in a K-12 educational environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
