Nexus Therapy is currently seeking a *speech-language pathologist *for a school-based contract for the *2025-2026 school year.*
*Location:* Tacoma, WA 98402

*Setting:* School-Based (grades K-5, depending on assignment)
*Pay: *up to $70/hour, with weekly pay
*Schedule:* Monday–Friday – no weekends, no holidays, no call
*Hours:* 36.5 hours/week (based on school bell hours)

Nexus Therapy, an American Medical Staffing (AMS) company, is now hiring for a full-time speech-language pathologist position for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year! As a W2 employee of AMS, this position pays up to $70 per hour, with 36.5 hours per full week worked (7.3 paid hours per shift). You would be working with a great, supportive district about 20 minutes outside of charming Tacoma, Washington. You’d likely be working in a single elementary school with students who have a variety of needs. You must be licensed as a speech-language pathologist in the state of Washington, with a current ESA certificate.
As a school professional,you will provide essential support and specialized care to students in educational settings. You'll collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to ensure students receive services tailored to their individual needs. From IEP meetings to direct therapy, your role will have a lasting impact on the well-being and development of students throughout the academic year.
