Buxmont Academy, a Pennsylvania licensed private academic school, is seeking a full-time special education teacher this fall for their Tatamy Creek campus. Primary responsibilities for the special education teacher position include providing 1-on-1 and small group tutoring to students grades 7-12, creating and monitoring Individual Education Plans (IEP), and conducting IEP meetings. Qualified candidates are required to hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education and/or special education, and either PA special education certification or the ability to obtain certification. We welcome qualified candidates who are interested in becoming teachers. We also welcome retired teachers who miss being in the classroom!
