Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to uphold culinary excellence and consistency
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Collaborate with the ownership and front-of-house team to create memorable dining experiences
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure the use of high-quality, seasonal ingredients
• Innovate and execute fine dining-level dishes that reflect the brand's identity

Requirements:

• Must have fine dining experience with a proven track record of leadership in a high-performance culinary environment
• Minimum 4 years in a professional kitchen with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and inventory control
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for hospitality, creativity, and continuous improvement
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
