Position Overview:
As a Content Creator at our candy CPG startup, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and visually stunning content across various digital platforms, particularly Tik Tok. From mouthwatering photography to captivating social media posts, you'll be responsible for creating content that resonates with our audience, drives brand awareness, and ultimately increases sales. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for storytelling and a sweet tooth for all things candy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand voice, values, and marketing objectives.
• Create high-quality visual content, including photography, videos, GIFs, and graphics, showcasing our products in an enticing and compelling manner.
• Manage the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation and planning to execution and optimization.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation, social media, and digital marketing.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement metrics.
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed, contributing creative ideas and solutions to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in the food or CPG industry.
• Proficiency in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with a knack for crafting engaging and persuasive copy.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for candy and a keen understanding of consumer preferences and behavior.
• Creative thinking and a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to experiment and take risks.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
