We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in online reputation management, review management, SEO, and content services. Our mission is to help individuals and brands take control of their digital presence through ethical, strategic, and forward-thinking solutions.

Base Pay Range

$50,000.00/yr $80,000.00/yr

The Role

We are seeking an SEO Strategist or SEO Analyst who can own SEO strategy for client accounts while also executing day-to-day search initiatives. You should be comfortable performing technical audits, developing content strategies, analyzing performance data, and coaching team members. This is a player?coach role that requires both strategic thinking and hands?on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to client goals
• Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical evaluations
• Execute daily SEO tasks such as on?page updates, reporting, tracking setup, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Stay current on industry changes, including AI?driven and generative search developments
• Mentor team members and support internal SEO education
• Collaborate with account managers, content strategists, sales teams, and developers
• Create and present SEO insights and recommendations
• Support sales enablement through SEO expertise in pitches and scoping
• Support fulfillment by ensuring strategies are implemented accurately
• Maintain documentation and contribute to scalable processes

Requirements

• Five to ten years of hands?on SEO experience (five years preferred)
• Strong understanding of modern SEO practices from 2020 to the present, including technical SEO, content strategy, SERP features, schema, and UX
• Experience with AI-driven search and generative search platforms
  
• Ability to move between strategic planning and hands?on execution
• A willingness to learn continuously and teach others
• A player?coach mentality and readiness to engage in detailed work
• Strong analytical and problem?solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
• Agency experience is helpful but not required

Compensation and Location

• Salary range: $50,000 $85,000 USD
• This is a remote position with flexible scheduling
• We welcome applicants from South America, Europe, Honduras, Costa Maya Mexico, Cozumel Mexico, and Ocean Cay Bahamas
