### What You'll Do
- Prepare and review journal entries to ensure accurate posting to the general ledger.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes to support timely financial reporting.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and provide support during audits.
- Collaborate across departments to gather data and assist with financial analysis.
- Help streamline accounting processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Support ad-hoc projects and additional accounting tasks as needed.

### What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a Senior Accountant role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of general ledger processes, journal entries, and month-end close procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

### Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, QuickBooks).
- Previous experience working in a hybrid or remote environment.
