Position Overview:
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will lead the technical aspects of Salesforce projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, success, and support operations leaders and analysts. Your expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, customization, integration, and best practices will be crucial for the success of our Salesforce initiatives.
You will also mentor junior developers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
Responsibilities:
Lead project development from requirements to deployment on Salesforce and related tools.
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other technologies.
Gather requirements from business analysts and stakeholders, translating them into technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Customize and configure Salesforce to meet complex business needs.
Perform data migrations and integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Architect solutions adhering to security, scalability, and maintainability best practices.
Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
Stay updated with Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Collaborate with QA to ensure thorough testing and resolve defects.
Evaluate and select new tools, technologies, and processes to improve development and deployment.
Maintain documentation on architecture, design, and technical processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Salesforce Platform Developer certification is required; additional certifications are a plus.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.
Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and data migration techniques.
Experience with version control and CI/CD processes.
Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior developers.
Proven track record of delivering quality solutions on time.
Requirement to work in-office 3 times a week.
