Caterpillar's Global Finance Services Organization ensures the integrity of financial reporting and provides strategic financial leadership. We are a global team that provides comprehensive finance services for the enterprise and supports the finance-related functions of the business units, while supporting key business initiatives that drive profitable growth through actionable insights and financial management. Role Definition: The Senior Executive Recruiter will be responsible for developing a professional rapport with hiring managers and stakeholders to evaluate hiring needs. The Senior Executive Recruiter will develop executive candidate pipelines for high demand positions in a proactive recruitment strategy.

What You Will Do:

  • Engages with senior leaders and HR to understand the business talent needs, challenges and priorities in order to build proactive sourcing and go-to-market strategies for identifying and attracting top executive talent. Have an in-depth understanding of the business areas and the skills which are in demand.
  • Use creative sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Beamery and other channels to generate new leads, and nurture existing leads within the United States and EMEA. Demonstrated advanced technical sourcing methodologies.
  • Ensure the positive candidate experience is at the forefront of all recruitment activity and build brand advocacy for the Caterpillar brand.
  • Provide continuous feedback to Hiring Managers and Leaders on sourcing and recruiting activity, outreach, challenges and overall insights on the external market conditions. Ability to translate challenges into creative solutions to overcome roadblocks.
  • Ability to utilize talent market insights tools to uncover in depth to help inform the recruitment strategy and educate hiring leaders.

What You Will Have:

  • Process Management: Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.
  • Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
  • Customer/Market Focus: Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
  • Communicating for Impact: Knowledge of the concepts, tools and techniques for effective listening and communicating; ability to apply these theories to receive, transmit and accurately interpret information and ideas to influence others in various situations.
  • Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.

  • The primary location for this position is Irving, TX.
  • This role is office based and requires the employee to be onsite Monday to Friday.
  • Travel up to 5%-10%.
  • Domestic relocation is available for this role.

Summary Pay Range: $110,520.00 - $165,840.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
