Job Description

• Provide technical and subject matter expertise to eDiscovery litigation support teams, ensuring adherence to defined processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor technical staff on the proper use of litigation support tools and best execution strategies.
• Identify and document common data elements across multiple litigation support platforms.
• Recommend, coordinate, and implement workflow changes, process improvements, and troubleshooting solutions.
• Evaluate proposed changes for cost efficiency, technical feasibility, and organizational impact.
• Oversee initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, data integrity, and data availability.
• Collaborate with business units and litigation support staff to understand both business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and traceability maps to gauge solution effectiveness and governance adherence.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in litigation support, preferably eDiscovery.
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• 8+ years of Information Technology experience.
