Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions to the appropriate personnel. Assist staff, patients, and visitors with directions and general inquiries as needed. Support access control measures by monitoring entrances and exits. Collaborate with healthcare staff to address security-related concerns and maintain a welcoming environment. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. California Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
