We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect with expertise in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, particularly leveraging Agentforce AI . The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, integration, and delivery of AI-powered solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to enhance customer experiences, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust, scalable Salesforce architecture integrated with Agentforce AI for advanced automation, predictive insights, and conversational intelligence.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Define and document architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices for AI-powered Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Integrate external AI/ML services with Salesforce using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and Agentforce AI capabilities.
• Drive adoption of Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce AI tools across business units (e.g., Einstein GPT, Service AI bots).
• Conduct architectural reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments for Salesforce-AI integrations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and Salesforce administrators.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem; 3+ years in a Salesforce Architect role.
• Proven experience with Salesforce platform architecture and multi-cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce AI tools (Einstein GPT, Einstein Bots, Prediction Builder, Next Best Action).
• Experience integrating or deploying Agentforce AI (or similar AI agent platforms) within CRM workflows.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and external AI/ML services (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, etc.).
• Salesforce Architect certification(s) (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, conversational AI, data pipelines, and governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying generative AI solutions in Salesforce (e.g., Einstein Copilot, Agentforce AI conversational flows).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps pipelines for Salesforce (CI/CD, SFDX).
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices in CRM environments.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a strong plus.
