RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing one of the premier commercial roofing companies in Florida with headquarters in Doral, FL that is currently seeking a Site Manager with Roofing Specialty. This is a full-time, permanent role with excellent compensation and benefits package. Our client is extremely well established, and is ranked among the industry leaders.

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities for commercial roofing projects. This includes managing crews, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and communicating with project managers and clients to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site roofing activities and ensure proper execution of work plans
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment needs for each job site
• Enforce OSHA safety guidelines and company safety policies
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Serve as the main point of contact for on-site staff and subcontractors
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and timelines with the project management team
• Monitor progress against schedule and make adjustments as needed
• Document job site activities, including incidents, delays, and material usage
• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and properly secured
