Overview

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Project Manager (PM) to oversee commercial, residential, and industrial roofing projects from pre-construction through completion. The PM will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage roofing projects from start to finish.
• Lead and supervise project teams, including field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents.
• Develop project schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Manage budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA) and company policies.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and problem-solving.
• Oversee quality control and resolve any technical or on-site issues.
• Coordinate with estimators, site supervisors, and company leadership to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing industry (commercial, residential, or industrial).
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems: flat (EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen), pitched (shingle, tile, slate, metal), and specialty systems (standing seam, copper, solar, green roofs).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Procore, or similar).
• OSHA certification and/or other safety-related training preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not always required).
