We Need a Leader, Not Just a Manager
Delta Sports Bar & Grill has big potential—but right now, we need someone who can help us realize it. Our Brentwood restaurant and bar is in need of a reset, and we’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused Restaurant Manager to help get things back on track.

Your Mission
• Assess our current operations and identify what’s working—and what’s not
• Implement efficient systems using Toast POS to improve inventory, reduce waste, and control costs
• Build and lead a reliable team through hiring, training, and accountability
• Drive service standards, ensuring every guest has a 5-star experience
• Collaborate with ownership to develop and execute revenue-generating events and marketing strategies
• Ensure the restaurant is always compliant with health, safety, and labor laws

What You Bring
• Proven experience in turning around underperforming restaurants or hospitality teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills—you know how to coach, motivate, and hold people accountable
• Solid understanding of cost controls, labor management, and inventory systems
• Comfort working on-site, hands-on, especially during busy service periods
• Willingness to travel between Brentwood area - 15 mins
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Docs and restaurant technology
• Current Food Handler card and ServSafe Manager certification required
• Bar knowledge and beverage management experience strongly preferred
