Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented, experienced Reservations Agent to join our team at Felix Trattoria! 

• Part-time position (2-5 days a week including weekends, 7 hour shifts)
• Experience with Resy

• Making/confirming reservations
• Responding to guest emails, phone calls and Resy text messages with a positive attitude. 
• Directing calls to appropriate departments.
• Maintains constant awareness of table availability in Resy reservations system and is constantly updating availability.
• Appropriately tag all guest requests in Resy.
• Handling special requests. 
• Verify the total number of guests in each party
• Demonstrates a pleasant demeanor and a sincere desire to be responsive to guest’s needs
• Accurately handles reservations and communicates the restaurants hours of operation 
• Addressing miscellaneous admin and data-entry projects during downtime
• Supporting corporate team with administrative and office duties
• Maintains cleanliness of the office. 
• Completing light administrative work
