The Resort Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting key initiatives within the Resort Operations department. Their main responsibilities include modeling, visualizing and analyzing data, as well as creating and maintaining business applications. They provide technical support to resort associates and develop training materials. Additionally, they collaborate with business partners and vendors to identify reporting needs and process improvement opportunities. This is a hybrid role at our Orlando Corporate Headquarters, in office Monday – Wednesday and remote Thursday and Friday.

How You'll Shine:

  • Gather and analyze data from various sources, including Salesforce, Excel, SharePoint, and SQL databases, to create dashboards and reports using Power BI or excel that align with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop business flows, processes, or applications to automate reports or tasks using Power Automate or Power Apps, maintain and troubleshoot these applications, and provide technical support to resort operations associates.
  • Identify trends and opportunities within the data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Scrub, maintain and create written digital content such as resort operations standards, procedures, and forms on platforms like Compass and Enplug.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide ad hoc support strategic Operations team, business partners and vendors.

  • 15% Travel

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science, or Business Analytics or relevant experience.
  • Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Associate and Power BI Data Analyst Associate (preferred)
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources, including Salesforce, Excel, SharePoint, and SQL databases.
  • Ability to create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Excel
  • Identify trends and opportunities within the data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Ability to create business flows to automate reports or tasks using Power Automate.
  • Ability to create and edit business applications built with Power Apps.
  • Ability to provide technical support to resort operations associates, troubleshoot and follow up.
  • Ability to be detailed, accurate and thorough
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes and a demanding work environment
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service to business partners
  • Creative problem solver
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps.
  • Ability to learn additional data language to store, manipulate and query databases
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce and SQL
  • 3+ years Data Analyst experience.
  • Resort Operations experience preferred.

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
