Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers and network devices
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting proactively
Managing user accounts, permissions, and access control
Documenting configurations and system procedures
Handling routine updates, patches, and backups
Supporting business-critical IT infrastructure
Communicating clearly in English and collaborating in remote teams
Windows Server and Linux environments
Virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V)
Networking protocols and firewall configurations
Scripting with PowerShell or Bash
Backup and disaster recovery systems
Incident response and system outage resolution
ITIL practices or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA Server+, Linux+)
Experience with AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments
Familiarity with configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, etc.)
Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
