A premier AV-rated litigation firm is seeking an experienced Law & Motion Attorney to join our Los Angeles office. If you have a strong background in state court litigation, motion practice, and complex legal research , we want to hear from you!

⚖️ What You'll Do

• Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs —including Motions for Summary Judgment
• Conduct complex legal research and analysis
• Collaborate with attorneys and partners on trial preparation and litigation strategy
• Deliver excellent, deadline-driven work product
• Respond to client needs with professionalism and timeliness

✅ What We're Looking For

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in California
• 3+ years of experience with state court litigation and general liability cases
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Trial experience is a plus but not required
• Research attorney experience is a bonus
