Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Estate Attorney Associate at Sucato Law Group LLC in Bayonne, NJ. The Estate Attorney Associate will be responsible for administering the assets and settling the debts of decedent estates. The position will also be responsible for administering trusts. You are reporting directly to a partner who oversees the estates department. Pay is 50k-60k with eligibility for a salary review within 6 months of being hired. Health insurance included. Qualifications Understanding of estate law. Understanding of tax law. Understanding of probate law. Proficiency in conducting research and negotiation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
