What You’ll Do :

• Take charge of high-stakes property claims, from fire to water damage, with the freedom to strategize and execute your vision.
• Advocate fiercely for clients, negotiating with insurance companies to maximize settlements and deliver results that matter.
• Build and nurture client relationships, leveraging your charisma and trust-building skills to grow our network.
• Innovate and problem-solve on complex claims, thinking big to overcome challenges and set new industry standards.
• Collaborate with a team that values efficiency, trust, and impactful outcomes, while enjoying the autonomy to lead your projects.

Qualifications :

• Licensed Public Adjuster in California (or ability to obtain licensure within 60 days) .
• 3+ years of experience in public adjusting, insurance claims, or a related field (not mandatory but preferred) .
• Proven track record of negotiating and settling high-value claims.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
