Oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Mentor and train interns, engineers, and field staff. Build and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct detailed project planning, including reviewing drawings, specifications, and contracts. Analyze risks, recommend cost-effective solutions, and negotiate contracts. Monitor and resolve construction issues while ensuring safety and environmental compliance. Utilize software tools such as HCSS, Viewpoint, and Microsoft Office Suite to track costs, schedules, and reports. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5+ years of progressive experience in estimating and managing projects. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and technical skills. Proficiency with construction processes, financial analysis, and scheduling software.
