Job Description
Adecco is hiring immediately for Production Line Workers at Salm Partners in Denmark, WI. These are essential roles in a state-of-the-art facility with competitive pay and growth opportunities. Rates start at $15.00–$17.00/hr. depending on shift, plus overtime.
What You’ll Do:
Inspect products for quality and remove damaged items from the conveyor.
Transport products throughout the factory.
Sanitize products and maintain cleanliness standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing conditions (heat, cold, wet).
Stand for entire shift, bend, reach, crouch, lift up to 50 lbs., and walk throughout the warehouse.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Specific vision abilities: close vision, color vision, depth perception.
Comfortable working with sanitation chemicals.
Ability to work overtime.
Work Environment:
Temperature ranges from 35°F to 100°F.
Wet and slippery conditions; loud noise levels.
Required PPE: frocks, hairnets, slip-resistant footwear, hearing protection. Additional gear such as gloves, goggles, face shields, rain suits, and rubber boots may be required.

1st Shift: 6:30am–2:30pm (Mon–Sat) $15/hr.
2nd Shift: 2:30pm–10:30pm (Mon–Sat) $16/hr.
3rd Shift: 10:30pm–6:30am (Sun–Fri) $17/hr.
