About the Role:

We’re hiring a Product Designer who brings a sharp eye for design, a deep understanding of U.S. trends, and a passion for making everyday products beautiful. You’ll work on items ranging from printed goods, such as planners and notebooks, to home storage products, taking each from concept sketch to print-ready file.

This is a Full-Time remote role , starting at 20 hours per week during the first month.

We are looking for a Product Designer specifically with these requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience designing printed products or physical goods
• Deep familiarity with what sells in the U.S. mass market (color, pattern, packaging trends)
• A strong portfolio including both client and personal projects
• Expert-level Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign skills
• Excellent written English and solid verbal communication
• Ability to understand and design for our core customer
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage multiple design projects on tight timelines

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

• Designing beautiful, on-brand products from concept to final artwork
• Translating U.S. trend insights into appealing, cost-effective product designs
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet quality, timeline, and revenue goals
• Iterating on designs based on feedback to deliver polished final products
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and helping to shape future collections
• Growing into a design leadership role as the team expands
